About Hollands Racetrack Photos

Hollands Photographics has been servicing the Western Australian racing community for over 40 years. Attending all city and provincial meetings since 1967, the Hollands photo archives now consist of over 500 000 images as well as over 4000 race books. We specialise in all forms of thoroughbred photography, as well as attending all race meetings at Ascot, Belmont, Northam, Pinjarra, Bunbury, York and Toodyay. We do all the design, printing and framing of our products in-house, and pride ourselves on the quality and longevity of all finished products.

The founder of the business, Jim Hollands, was a horseman in his own right, as well as an accomplished professional photographer. He used all these skills to become a noted recorder of history for the former WATC, now known as Perth Racing. Upon Jim’s retirement in 1992, he handed the reins of the business to his then 23 year old son Scott. Scott has remained at the helm of the business ever since, and further developed a strong relationship with all members of the racing fraternity.
